In addition to the public events listed below, Jewellery
by Claire is available for private or corporate functions, or host your own jewellery party and earn yourself commission!
Postage Rates (UK):
Delivery Times
Items bought as ready made will generally be despatched within 2 working days of receipt
of payment.
Items bought as a build-your-own option will generally be despatched within 7 days of receipt of
payment. If your requested build-your-own options require longer to despatch, you will be notified of the revised timescales.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
All orders
placed through the website can not be cancelled after the order has been sent and payment has been made
(see exception1 below)
Items can
not be returned, unless faulty on arrival. GiftMonkey will issue replacement items on receipt of the faulty goods.
The buyer is responsible for any postage costs when returning goods. These postage costs may be
refunded on request, at the discretion of GiftMonkey.
Gift Monkey reserves the
right to cancel any order and refund any monies paid.
(exception1): If you have requested a build-your-own item and
the delivery times are confirmed as longer than the standard timescales, you will be given the option
to cancel your order
